§ 132.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who commits an offense as established and defined in this subchapter shall be subject to a minimum fine of not less than $50 and a maximum fine of not more than $750 unless otherwise specified herein.
   (B)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 132.04 (B) and (E) shall be fined not more than $750 for every offense.
   (C)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 132.04 (C) shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $750 for every offense.
   (D)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 132.04 (D) shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $750.

   (E)   Any person who shall violate any provision of § 132.06 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for the first violation, and shall be fined not less than $750 for the second and each subsequent violation. Each day that a violation of this section may continue shall be deemed a separate violation hereof. (Ord. 1736, passed 4-5-98)
   (F)   Any person found to have violated § 132.07 shall be fined not less than $150 and not more than $750.

   (G)   Any person found to have violated any provision of § 132.08 shall be fined not less than $250 and not more than $500. (Ord. 2694, passed 2-22-11)
