§ 115.30 IDENTIFICATION; UNIFORM AND INSIGNIA; COIN CONTAINER.
   (A)   Every person who solicits funds on behalf of such charitable organization on such tag day shall wear a uniform or article of clothing which by its nature or design informs the general public of the identity of the organization soliciting the funds or shall wear or carry such emblem, button, insignia or sign that fully and completely informs the public identity of such organization. Each solicitor must wear brightly colored, highly reflective outer clothing. In addition, the name of the charitable organization should be clearly marked on the container used to collect coins or currency.
   (B)   All solicitors are encouraged to wear safety vests that are in accordance with Illinois Department of Transportation standards.
   (C)   Solicitation organizations shall be responsible for cleaning the area when finished.
