§ 114.05 CONDITIONS FOR ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.
   (A)   The village will issue a sale permit only upon proper showing and finding by the village that all safety and environmental precautions necessary or convenient for such sale have been met.
   (B)   The applicant shall agree to abide by all conditions imposed by the village as enumerated in this chapter.
