§ 113.98 VIOLATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, partnership or club to sell or offer for sale at retail within the village any alcoholic liquor without having a retail liquor dealers license, or in violation of the terms of such license or in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
