§ 113.43 SALES IN CERTAIN PREMISES PROHIBITED.
   No license shall be issued for the purpose of selling or offering for sale at retail any intoxicating liquor in any dwelling, house, flat or apartment building, provided that this prohibition shall not apply to congregate elderly housing facilities.
