In addition to any other remedies available at law or equity, any individual or firm, corporation, trust, partnership or any owning, leasing or occupying of any property or building which is subject to this chapter shall on violation of any of the provisions of this chapter be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense with each day the offense takes place considered a separate offense.
