(A) The Village Clerk shall send written notification of license renewal and investigation to be received by licensee prior to December 1 for the following year. Investigation for license renewal will be made from December 1 through December 15 of current year.
(B) The Village Clerk is authorized to issue license requested hereunder if the investigation reveals there is no change in status, circumstance or disqualification as enumerated in § 111.05 for the preceding year. If the investigation reveals any change for the prior year, the Board of Trustees shall determine if a license should issue.
