Said residents and/or owners shall register the snowmobile with the village on a form provided by the Village Clerk which shall contain (1) the name of the registrant, (2) the registrant's address, (3) the registrant's social security number, (4) the registrant's telephone number, (5) a description of the snowmobile being registered, (6) the number awarded to the snowmobile by the Department of Conservation and contained on the Certificate of Number issued by said Department, (7) the primary operators of said snowmobile, and (8) proof of insurance for liability and property damage.
