Any person convicted of violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $750 and shall be fined for a second conviction not less than $300 nor more than $750. A third arrest will result in confiscation of the snowmobile with a third conviction prohibiting the operator from licensing the vehicle for a period not to exceed two years.
