§ 96.03 ENCROACHMENTS UPON U.S. ROUTE 30 RIGHT-OF-WAY PROHIBITED.
   No person, firm, corporation or other entity shall install, place, maintain or construct any structure that encroaches upon the State of Illinois right-of-way on the U.S. Rouge 30 roadway from Wolf Road to IL Route 43 within the limits of the Village of Frankfort.
