§ 96.02 ENCROACHMENTS UPON U.S. ROUTE 45 RIGHT-OF-WAY PROHIBITED.
   No person, firm, corporation or other entity shall install, place, maintain or construct any structure that encroaches upon the State of Illinois right-of-way on the U.S. Route 45 roadway within the village limits.
