§ 94.11 WEEDS AND LITTER ON PROPERTY.
   All record fee title owners, beneficiaries of any trust holding title to any real estate, individual(s), partnership, firm, or corporation owning, occupying, or in any way in possession of any property within the corporate limits of the village shall fully comply with each of the following requirements.
   (A)   All grasses used for landscaping purposes, excluding ornamental grasses, shall not exceed six inches in height at any time of the year and/or in any season of the year. All grasses grown wild on vacant property shall not exceed eight inches in height at any time of the year and/or in any season of the year.
   (B)   No person owning, leasing, occupying or controlling any plot of real estate shall permit the growth of noxious weeds thereon. All weeds shall be pulled or otherwise destroyed by the owner, lessee, tenant, occupant or person in control of real estate in the village. Failure to destroy such weeds within the designated period shall constitute a violation of this section.
   (C)   Promptly remove and eliminate any debris, refuse, garbage, rubbish, trash, materials new or discarded and deposits of deposed articles or material. Promptly remove all dead grass, dry leaves or similar dangerous flammable material on the property.
   (D)   Promptly remove and eliminate any weeds or vegetation specifically barred or in any other way prohibited by state statute or regulation, including, but not limited to, marijuana.
