§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who is convicted of violating any section of this chapter shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $750 for each offense. For purposes of this chapter, each day the violation continues shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
   (B)   In addition to any fine imposed under this chapter the village may request and the court may order that the person or persons convicted of any violation of this chapter remove and properly dispose of the litter and, if said person fails to so comply within a certain date the court may authorize the village or its duly authorized agent, to supervise such removal and disposal with all of the costs of such supervision, removal, and disposal taxed against the person so convicted.
   (C)   The penalties prescribed in this section are in addition, and not in lieu of any penalties, rights, remedies, duties, or liabilities otherwise imposed or conferred by law.
