§ 72.08 SALE OF PARKED VEHICLES OR MERCHANDISE THEREFROM.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle for the purpose of displaying it for sale upon a street or upon property not zoned for automobile sales. Nevertheless, a single vehicle may be displayed for sale upon residential property, provided said vehicle is licensed and registered to the owner of the property and complies with § 72.07.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to peddle or sell any merchandise from a parked vehicle.
