§ 72.07 PARKING ON LAWNS.
   (A)   Except as provided in division (B), it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on any property, including lawns, fields, grassy areas or any other location within the village not designed, permanently improved, primarily used and permitted by the village for the parking of vehicles.
   (B)   As a result of a village approved special event, temporary parking on lawns conducted by a registered religious or charitable organization as defined in § 72.01, or the property owner, subject to the following conditions:
      (1)   Temporary parking shall not exceed four days;
      (2)   No temporary parking is allowed on any property in a residential zoned district, except on fully improved, owner-occupied lots;
      (3)   This excludes any properties subject to current or pending adverse actions, including but not limited to, foreclosure and liens.
