§ 51.137 PAYMENT.
   (A)   Payment of fees described and required under the terms of this subchapter shall be paid to the village as outlined below:
      (1)   Basic tap-on and or connection fees. One-half the total fee at the time of final plat approval by the Village Board, or in case where final plat approval has already been granted at the time of the passage of this subchapter, or in cases where final plat approval is not required, then at the time of the request for connection; and
      (2)   One-half the fee, full balance thereof, at the receipt of notification of water and/or sewer permit application by the State Environmental Protection Agency.
   (B)   Capacity expansion fee. The total fee at the time of final plat approval by the Village Board. The amount of the fees shall be calculated prior to final plat approval and shall be based on the Village Engineer's determination of the number of population equivalents from the most recently ascertainable data.
   (C)   All fees shall be paid to the village at the village hall. Failure to pay required fees as outlined above shall result in the village initiating a full and complete stop order.
