A. Any person who may file any application pursuant to the village stormwater management regulations shall, at the time of filing such application, pay to the village clerk, the village treasurer or the village building department an application filing fee as follows:
1. Fifty dollars ($50.00) for a minor development;
2. One hundred dollars ($100.00) for a major development.
B. The application filing fee shall be used to maintain records and necessary paperwork required by the village stormwater management regulations. This fee is in addition to the estimated subdivision review fees and estimated watershed development fees that will be charged to defer the cost of engineering services required by the stormwater management regulations as set forth in section 9-4-3, tables 1 and 2 of this chapter.
