4.01 Election of Mayor, Term, Qualifications and Powers, Functions and Duties
   (A)   An elector of the City shall be elected as the Mayor of the City pursuant to the General Laws of Ohio applicable to General Statutory Plan Cities.
   (B)   The term of the office and qualification of the Mayor shall be as provided by the General Laws of Ohio applicable to General Statutory Plan Cities.
   (C)   The Mayor shall be an elector of the City at the time of filing for office and during his or her term as Mayor.
