(a) New/unused building materials and equipment may be stored on any yard where active building is ongoing. When building activity has not occurred for more than thirty (30) days, the building material and equipment must be stored in a wholly enclosed building or structure.
(b) No storage container or commercial dumpster may be stored or stationed on or in the right-of-way, a tree lawn (i.e., that area of yard that is between a sidewalk and the right-of-way), front yard, or driveway area unless it is specifically being used for construction or fire debris and may not remain stationed for more than two weeks unless granted permission by the Zoning Inspector. This is not inclusive of containers used for regular trash collection.
(c) Failure to comply with any of the provisions of this section shall be a violation and shall be punishable under Section 1305.99.
