11-2-1: ELECTRICAL INTERFERENCE:
   A.   Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly or wantonly operate or cause to be operated within the corporate limits of the City any machine, device, apparatus or instrument of any kind whatsoever between the hours of six o'clock (6:00) P.M. and twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight of each day, and also on Sundays from nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. to one o'clock (1:00) P.M., the operation of which shall cause reasonably preventable electrical interference with radio and television reception within the City; provided, however, that x-ray pictures, examinations or treatments may be made at any time if the machine or apparatus therefor is properly equipped to avoid all unnecessary or reasonable preventable interference with radio and television reception and is not negligently operated.    B.   Exception: This Section shall not be held or construed to embrace or cover the regulation of any transmitting, broadcasting or receiving instrument, apparatus or device used or useful in interstate commerce or the operation of which instrument, apparatus or device is licensed or authorized by or under the provisions of any act of Congress of the United States.
