As used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
CAMPGROUND: Any place, area or tract of land upon which is located any trailer, trailer house, wagon, tent or tent house used for camping purposes or living quarters.
TRAILER, CAMP CAR, TRAILER HOUSE: Any unit used for living or sleeping purposes, which is equipped with wheels or similar devices and used for the purpose of transporting said unit from place to place, whether by motive power or other means, also such vehicles as are used as aforesaid that have had the wheels or equipment removed.
