§ 130.07 UNLAWFUL PURCHASE OF TOBACCO BY MINORS.

It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to purchase tobacco products, including, but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco and electronic cigarettes.
