(A) Off-premises sales. No licensee shall sell, offer for sale or furnish alcoholic liquor to any person or patron except on the licensed premises. The serving of liquor for consumption on the licensed premises to persons in parked automobiles or at tables thereon outside the building or barroom where the same is sold is hereby prohibited.
(B) Minors. No alcoholic liquor shall be sold, served or given to any minor.
(C) Liquor sold on credit prohibited. Under no circumstances shall any liquor be sold on credit.
(D) Intoxicated and other persons. No licensee, his or her agent or employee, shall sell, give or deliver alcoholic liquor to any person, or to any intoxicated person or to any person known by him or her to be a habitual drunkard, spendthrift or insane or feebleminded person.
(E) Distributing to evade law. The free dispensing, giving away or delivering of any alcoholic liquor for the purpose of evading any provisions of this chapter or state law or any other shift or device to evade any provision of this chapter shall be held to be an unlawful selling and shall ipso facto revoke a liquor license.
