§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall result in a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $750 per offense. For violations which are continual in nature, each day in which such violation continues shall constitute a separate punishable offense.
   (B)   Notwithstanding the foregoing, a violation of this chapter by any licensee hereunder shall be punishable as follows:
      (1)   First offense within a 12-month period: a minimum fine of $500;
      (2)   Second offense within a 12-month period: a fine of $750 and suspension of such licensee’s license for a period of 30 days; and
      (3)   Third offense within a 12-month period: a fine of $750 and revocation of such licensee’s license.
   (C)   The procedures set forth in § 112.16(B) regarding the suspension or revocation of any license hereunder shall apply to any violation involving a licensee’ second or third offense.
