§ 74.02 ABANDONMENT OF VEHICLES PROHIBITED.
   A person commits abandonment of a vehicle when he or she is the owner of a vehicle that is within the village limits and that:
   (A)   Is left unattended and is creating a traffic hazard or nuisance because of its position in relation to the highway;
   (B)   Is left unattended and its physical appearance is causing the impedance of traffic;
   (C)   Is left unattended upon any public way and is parked illegally and in violation of the law;
   (D)   Is occupying any portion of a street or alley in violation of a limited parking zone for a vehicle of five times the permitted parking time;
   (E)   Has not been moved or used for seven consecutive days or more and is apparently deserted;
   (F)   Is in a state of disrepair rendering the vehicle incapable of being driven in its condition and is apparently deserted; and
   (G) That is left unattended upon private property without the property owner’s consent.
