§ 73.08 TRUCK TRACTOR AND/OR SEMITRAILER PARKING.
   (A)   Except as otherwise provided herein, no person shall park or stand any truck tractor and/or semitrailer upon any street or alley in any residential district of the village for more than a cumulative total of 60 minutes in any calendar day.
   (B)   (1)   No person shall park or allow to be parked any truck trailer and/or semitrailer in any front yard in any residential district of the village except upon a regularly constructed residential driveway.
      (2)   The parking of said vehicle(s) shall not block any public sidewalk or portion thereof.
   (C)   No person shall permit the engine of any truck tractor and/or semitrailer to run in a residential district of the village for cumulative total of 30 minutes per calendar day.
   (D)   Truck tractors and/or semitrailers owned and/or operated by the village, any service business, manufacturer, utility, company and the like which are performing a service to a specific property located in a residential district of the village shall be permitted to park upon the street or alley in said district for such times as is necessary to complete its particular business or mission.
   (E)   The units to which the restrictions apply are truck tractors, recreational vehicles, vehicles with a gross weight rating in excess of 24,000 pounds, camping trailers, any other trailer or any equipment that is towed.
