(A) Parking on streets with curb.
(1) No vehicle shall be parked with the left side of such vehicle at the curb or curb line.
(2) It is unlawful to stand or park any vehicle in a street other than parallel with the curb or curb line and with the two right wheels of the vehicle within 12 inches of the regularly established right hand of the curb line or as close as practicable to the right edge of the right shoulder, except upon those streets which have been marked for angle parking, vehicles shall be parked at the curb at the angle indicated by such marks.
(B) Parking on streets with no curb.
(1) No vehicle shall be parked on the shoulder of any street unless it has been finished with gravel, asphalt or concrete.
(2) It is unlawful to stand or park any vehicle on the shoulder of any street other than parallel with said shoulder.
(3) No vehicle shall be parked against the direction of traffic.
(4) There shall be no “side-by-side” parking. For purposes of clarification, “side-by-side” parking shall include, but not be limited to, the parking of any vehicle adjacent and parallel to the left side of any parked vehicle on the same side of the street.
