There shall be a service charge of twenty five dollars ($25.00) for turning water on or for turning water off. In the event water service is terminated as a result of a delinquent payment, said charges shall be increased to one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the initial turnoff/turnon. Subsequent delinquencies shall be increased to one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) and two hundred dollars ($200.00) respectively. In addition, there shall be a service charge for each water or sewer connection made, which charge shall be based on the diameter of the water or sewer service connection serving any property or premises: (Ord. 05-05, 9-27-2005)
