8-1-3: RAILROAD TIES; COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL:

It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, place, leave or suffer to be thrown, placed or left any used railroad ties, refuse, or combustible material in or upon any street, alley, parkway or other public place or upon any railroad right of way, vacant, or unimproved lot or parcel of land in the Village. (Ord. 72-77, 7-11-1972)
