The owner of an inoperable motor vehicle, which is on open private property under the control of the owner of the vehicle, shall cause such vehicle to be removed and disposed of within fourteen (14) days from the issuance of a notice to do so from the village 1 . (Ord. 00-10, 9-12-2000)
