It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of any premises upon which graffiti (as defined in section 7-1-8 of this chapter) has been placed, to allow such graffiti to remain in place for more than ten (10) days after receiving notice to remove such graffiti from the village. For good cause shown, the village may extend the time period by which such graffiti shall be removed. (Ord. 93-3, 1-26-1993)
