6-10-4: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this Chapter. Any employee or nonemployee after receiving an oral request to cease smoking of the cigarette or tobacco material from personnel of any department, authority, or commission shall be subject to action by the Municipality. (Ord. 95-7, 4-25-1995)
