Effective May 1, 1995, the Village prohibits any person to possess lighted smoking materials in any form including, but not limited to, the possession of lighted cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or other tobacco products within all Village-owned buildings. (Ord. 95-7, 4-25-1995)
