6-1-8: RULES AND REGULATIONS:

The chief of police may make or prescribe such rules and regulations as he shall deem advisable for the better efficiency of the police department. Such rules, when approved by the board of trustees, shall be binding on all members. (Ord. 73-296, 5-22-1973; amd. Ord. 76-12, 3-16-1976, eff. 5-1-1976)
