5-1-9: RULES AND REGULATIONS:

The fire chief may make or prescribe such rules and regulations as he/she shall deem advisable for the better efficiency of the fire department. Such rules, when approved by the board of trustees, shall be binding on all members of the fire department, including the part time firefighters and the volunteer firefighters.
