Section P2603.5.1 Sewer Depth. Building sewers that connect to private sewage disposal systems shall be not less than

Section P2601.1 Scope: Delete existing language and insert:
The requirements for all plumbing systems shall be in accordance with the current edition of the Illinois plumbing code. Where the Illinois plumbing code does not address a specific issue, the requirements of chapter 26 shall apply.
(B) All existing homes in the village of Forest View shall be exempt from the requirements contained in section R313 Automatic Fire Sprinkler Systems and section P2904 Dwelling Unit Fire Sprinkler Systems as it relates to residential fire sprinkler systems. All brand new home construction or homes that are completely destroyed by fire or a natural disaster, such as a tornado, flooding, etc., that must be completely rebuilt, shall be required to adhere to the residential fire sprinkler system requirements contained in sections R313 and P2904.
(C) If there are any specific provisions of this code in conflict with the terms of the international residential code (IRC), 2015 edition, the provisions of this code shall control unless there is a contrary indication therein. (Ord. 16-12, 9-27-2016)
