A certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the Office of the Village Clerk of the Village of Forest View, being marked and designated as the International Existing Building Code (IEBC), 2015 edition, as published by the International Code Council, be and hereby is adopted as the Existing Building Code of the Village of Forest View, in the State of Illinois for regulating and governing the repair, alteration, change of occupancy, addition and relocation of existing buildings, including historic buildings; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Existing Building Code on file in the Office of the Village of Forest View, by reference, as if fully set forth herein.
