The Illinois plumbing code, 77 Illinois administrative code 890 et seq., as amended from time to time, is hereby adopted by reference in its current form for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the materials, construction, alteration and inspection of plumbing placed in or in connection with any building within the village of Forest View.
The enforcement of the plumbing code is by the code enforcement officer as provided in title 1, chapter 17 of this code. (Ord. 15-12, 8-25-2015)
