(A) All newly constructed single-family residences and any alteration, remodeling or renovation made to existing single- family residences shall have no more than one bathroom and one kitchen on each floor of the structure, including the basement. The maximum number of bathrooms and kitchens permitted in any single-family residence shall not exceed two (2) bathrooms and two (2) kitchens.
(B) The owner and/or developer of a single-family residence may request a modification from this section in the form of a variance. The application for a variance shall follow the procedures set forth in section 10-16-1 et seq., of this Code. The Village Board shall take action on any variance requested from this section.
