4-1-7: REGULATION OF NUMBER OF KITCHENS IN SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCES:
   (A)   1.   All newly constructed single-family residences shall have no more than one kitchen.
      2.   If an existing single-family residence (a) has more than one kitchen, and (b) the owner proposes to alter the residence with an estimated alteration cost in excess of $50,000.00, then one all but one of the existing kitchens must be eliminated.
   (B)   The owner and/or developer of a single-family residence may request a modification from this section in the form of a variance. The application for a variance shall follow the procedures set forth in section 10-16-1 et seq., of this Code. The Village Board shall take action on any variance requested from this section.
