4-1-6: TRAILERS; INSPECTIONS, FEES:
   (A)   For purposes of this section, "trailer" means a structure constructed so as to permit the transport on wheels, permanently or temporarily attached to its frame, from the place of its construction to the location or subsequent locations at which it is intended to be utilized for purposes of any business or occupation, and designed to permit the occupancy thereof as a place of business or occupation for one or more persons.
   (B)   No person shall operate or maintain a trailer without first having obtained a license for each such trailer as provided for in this section. Such license shall be renewed annually. The building inspector is hereby authorized and empowered to annually inspect all trailers located in the Village for the purpose of ascertaining compliance with the Village Building, Electrical and Plumbing Codes, as well as any other applicable State or local laws. All trailers shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Village building, electrical and plumbing ordinances. (Ord. 92-9, 6-23-1992)
   (C)   Every individual, firm or corporation owning a trailer within the Village shall pay an annual (calendar year) license fee of seventy five dollars ($75.00). Said fees and any penalties shall be in accordance with general laws and ordinances of the Village as they are changed from time to time. (Ord. 15-17, 10-27-2015)
