3-3-19: MINORS:
   (A)   No licensee shall sell, give or deliver alcoholic liquor to any minor or to any intoxicated person, or to any person known by him to be a habitual drunkard, spendthrift, insane, feeble minded, or distracted person. (Ord. 59-13, 1-27-1959)
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any licensee or any officer, associate, member, representative, agent or employee of such licensee to engage or employ or permit any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to tend bar or to draw, pour or mix any alcoholic liquor in any licensed retail premises. (Ord. 80-11, 8-19-1980)
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to purchase or obtain any alcoholic liquor in any tavern or other place in the village where alcoholic liquor is sold.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to misrepresent his age for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining alcoholic liquor in any tavern or other place in the village where alcoholic liquor is sold. (Ord. 59-13, 1-27-1959; amd. Ord. 64-90, 3-10-1964)
