Any license granted under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked or suspended upon the violation by any licensee, his agents or employees, of any provision of this code or state or federal law pertaining to the sale of alcoholic liquors or by said licensee, his agents, or employees, doing or permitting anything to be done on the premises so licensed that in the opinion of the village local liquor commissioner is contrary to the best interests and good morals of the citizens of the village.
