3-3-16: SOLICIT FOR PROSTITUTION:

No holder of a liquor license, nor his agent or employee shall allow, permit, or suffer to remain on his premises any female who shall solicit herself or others for prostitution, or shall solicit any patron to purchase alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages. (Ord. 86-4, 4-8-1986)
