3-3-9: OTHER PROVISIONS, LAWS TO APPLY:
Nothing in this Chapter shall excuse or relieve the owner, proprietor, or person in charge of any tavern, or other place in the Village where alcoholic liquor is sold, from the restrictions and requirements of any other provisions of this Code or of the statutes of the State.
