3-2-7: PURCHASE OF CIGARETTES BY MINORS:
It shall be unlawful for any licensee or any person in charge of the premises where a cigarette vending machine is located, to permit any minor to use, operate or make purchase from said cigarette vending machine. (Ord. 61-54, 10-24-1961)
