3-2-5: IDENTIFICATION OF MACHINES:
It shall be the duty of each licensee to properly identify each machine or device licensed hereunder by affixing a card, emblem or plate to said machine which contains the name and address of the owner or licensee thereof. (Ord. 61-54, 10-24-1961)
