(A) Construction Requirements: All generators shall be installed in accordance with all manufacturer installation requirements, comply with all current village and building codes, and be within utility provider minimum requirements for proper operation.
(B) Location of Generators: Generators may not be located in the required setbacks established for the zoning district in which the property is located. Year-round landscaping or other approved screening is required to screen generators that are visible from the street. (Ord. 22-22, 9-13-2022)
