No person shall operate or maintain in the Village any automatic vending machine for the sale of candy, nuts, soft drinks, including coffee and milk, popcorn, sandwiches and other foods, cigarettes or gum without first having obtained a license for each of such automatic vending machines as provided in this Chapter.
