3-1-4: LICENSE FEES:

Every owner of a coin-operated amusement device maintained in the Village shall pay an annual (calendar year) license fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00). Said license shall not be assignable, nor shall the fee be prorated for periods less than one year. (Ord. 94-18, 10-28-1994)
