(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of keeping or maintaining any coin-operated amusement device within the Village without first having obtained a license therefor as hereinafter provided.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or maintain or use, or permit the installation, keeping, maintenance or use upon his premises of any coin-operated amusement device not licensed as hereinafter provided. (Ord. 61-55, 10-24-1961)
